I’ve had a lot on my mind with regards to politics, religion, philosophy, business, and a number of other things that will probably interest no one.

We’ll see.

This layout was lifted from Dean Robinson, by way of a Lifehacker post on high quality WordPress themes.  This one is called Redoable, based on the K2 theme.

A particular feature that attracted me to this theme was the header information on each post.  I’ve been wanting to leverage Digg and other social bookmark sites to increase page views, and this theme has a very nice submission feature tied in using the Gregarious plugin.

So, if you see something you like, Digg it.  And I hope you like the format.

I’m going to leave this up for a day or so while I try it out. One of the benefits is the ability of the reader to customize the colors. Feel free to give it a go. I really don’t like the defaults, and I’ll be working on tweaking those.

Update – I dumped the theme referred to in this post.  It was causing some problems.

So our weekend consisted of a sudden trip to Toledo.

We’re back now, and you should be seeing things pick up again in this space.  My life, in general, seems to be settling down and that usually leads to me punishing you with inane drivel.

Anyway, I’m not announcing a hiatus or anything.  Just noting why things are quiet.  Now of course, since I found time to write this, I’ll probably rip out another few posts later today…which kind of invalidates the whole point of this ‘sorry I’m probably not going to be posting too much’ post.
