She's now at ten, and the pushing will begin soon. Lot's of prep going on in the room. I think the show is about to start.

Diane is now at 8 CM. The Pitocin is certainly accelerating things now. The contractions look like little half-sine waves on the monitor, almost mathematical in thier precision. The Doctor is calling (optimistically) for 7:15.
I'm guessing Thursday....

Okay, things are starting to come along a little. Diane is now at 5-6 dilation, so maybe this will happen today. Contractions are steady.

Things were moving along very quickly there, but now we're slowing down. Diane has the epidural, and her disposition has improved markedly. She consented to a picture for her fans.
Contractions are steady, and things are going well. More later.
