    Hmm…notice that the recorded data on the tape is showing kilometers per hour or the speed and the license plates are not US nor Canadian? Wonder where this happened. Iraq?

    I originally got the clip from Wayne, who told me South Africa. I then found it on YouTube, and I believe the comments say something about Italy. So no idea.
