Hudna For Hizbullah
We just can’t seem to get it right. For whatever reason, the West continues to surrender to barbarism and call it ‘victory’.
I think in the end, the West is screwed.
The wonderful UN rode to the rescue of Hizbullah today, accompanied by the US and France. Yep, we are going to lean on Israel and force them to lay off the Hezbos.

The United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted Resolution 1701 Friday evening, calling for a cessation of hostilities between Hizbullah and Israel.
This is a resolution by the United NATIONS. NATIONS!! As in sovereign, Westphalian entities with recognized governments.
The UN has called for peace between a nation and a criminal organization.
Ponder that.
Imagine the UN calling for a cease fire between the United States Government and the Crips.
Why is anyone taking this seriously!?!
Here are the details.
The resolution authorizes the deployment of 15,000 UN peacekeepers in south Lebanon in support of Lebanese army forces, which are to move into the region and replace Hizbullah in parallel with a withdrawal of Israeli forces.
Yeah, a UN force to keep Hizbullah away from the border. Like it was last year. Remember?

So Lebanon will now occupy Lebanon, while more UN speed bumps move in and provide Hizbullah cover to re-arm and recover. Why am I so cynical?
How about UN resolution 1559 back in 2004?
United Nations Security Council Resolution 1559 was a resolution adopted by the United Nations Security Council on September 2, 2004. It called upon Lebanon to establish its sovereignty over all of its land and called upon Syria to end its military presence in Lebanon by withdrawing its forces and to cease intervening in internal Lebanese politics. The resolution also called on all Lebanese militias to disband.
So, since the UN solved this problem back in 2004, why is Hizbullah still around? It clearly says they should have disbanded. I thought UN resolutions was the only way to solve anything, according to the Left?
Meanwhile, Hizbullah gets its hudna and the idiot West pats itself on the back until the next time the whole sorry mess blows up again.

It’s a highly fascinating situation, absolutely. Interesting to consider Hezbollah as a criminal organisation – by what definition? They do things we don’t like, sure, but they have plenty of support and stood for elections and got themselves elected, just like Sinn Fein IRA (an organisation mainly funded by Americans) did in Ireland, whilst bombing England for decades. Hezbollah, just like the PLO before them, want lands occupied by Israel to be given back, and will fight to achieve this. Similar situation to Ireland. Just because we can detect the hand of Iran and Syria as well as the hand of America in this proxy war, is there no case to be answered by Israel concerning their continuing occupation? Will we always ignore the significant points of this conflict because we are too afraid to address the core issue of the problems that arose when an entire nation was parachuted in on top of another? I wonder how long it will be befoe we write history books condemning the criminal organisation and actions of the French Resistance? Or will that group of terrorists attacking the occupying government of the day, forever be free from censure and reproach?
If the situation ever reverses itself, and we pray it doesn’t, will we have the same attitude to Israeli terrorists firing American rockets? Won’t there be a certain degree of irony if exiled Israelis cry out to the rest of the world for the restoration of their occupied lands, and then resort to violence?
I guess my point is simply: there are two sets of bloodthirsty murderers, and we are being asked to judge which one we prefer. But in the end, whatever the choice, we end up choosing bloodthirsty murderers who justify their actions by citing their religious right to live in the same place as the other guys.
