   I clicked on one of your advertisements about a new science fiction book coming out. “Casseiopeia Rising” Looks like a “girl with a gun” book. Was reading the synopsis until I got to this line:

   Set in the near future, she is deployed to the outer reaches of the galaxy where the Navy is in a struggle to gain control of a region called the Outer Ring.

   I suppose “near” is a relative term. But come on….

   Todd has asked me not to repost his google ads, so you’ll have to find it yourself. Look for the heading “New SciFi Novel”.
