I don’t have time to go into the details here, but I just read this Dick Morris column on the Bush immigration plan, which I despise. I’m not ready to concede that it is a good thing, but the cold political reality described by Morris makes sense. Nothing against immigration, but I still have major problems with the ‘illegal’ part of the equation.
