Austrian Cardinal Says Pope Nearing Death (washingtonpost.com) Regardless of your views on the Pope, this has been a historic reign. The longest serving Pope in history. And if you believe in various midievel prophecies, the pope after this one is supposed to be the final pope before the Rapture.
Funny how every generation has some End Time prediction, whether you live in 1000 AD, or 2003 AD.
